This Privacy Policy explains how FNET Pro ("we", "us", the "Service") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the FNET Pro website, mobile app, and related trading-signal and market-analysis features.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — the email address and password you provide when you register. Passwords are stored only as a salted one-way hash; we never store them in plain text.
• Subscription information — when you subscribe, our payment processors (Stripe and/or Whop) handle your card details. We receive only your plan status and a customer reference; we never see or store your full card number.
• Push notification tokens — if you enable alerts, we store the anonymous push subscription your browser/device issues, so we can deliver signal notifications.
• Usage data — basic technical data such as requests made to the Service and features used, to operate and secure the app.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the Service: authenticate you, show live market data, and deliver signals.
• To send push notifications you have opted into (new briefings and convergence alerts).
• To manage your subscription and access level.
• To maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the Service.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers strictly needed to run the Service:

• Payment processors (Stripe, Whop) — to process subscriptions.
• Push delivery — your device's push service (e.g. Apple Push, Google FCM) to deliver notifications you opted into.
• Hosting/infrastructure — the servers that run the Service.

We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see Contact). Push subscriptions are removed automatically when they expire or become invalid, or when you disable alerts.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw push consent at any time from within the app or your device settings. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and hashed password storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Children

The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
